1992

Zhejiang Garment Import and Export Corporation was reorganized into Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd., the first foreign trade joint-stock enterprise in China. Therefore, the fabric department of Zhejiang Garment Import and Export Corporation was renamed as the fabric department of Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd.

1996

Recommended by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation, Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code 600704

1998

Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. Textile Branch was restructured into an independent legal entity Zhejiang Zhongda Textile Co., Ltd.In the same year, the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation approved the import and export management rights of our company.

1999

In March, it was renamed Zhejiang Zhongda Textiles Import & Export Co., Ltd., and was renamed Zhejiang Zhongda Textile Co., Ltd. in April.

2000

In January, the company moved from No. 110 Moganshan Road to Tower A, Zhongda Plaza. In March, the company's chairman Zheng Yuqing was promoted to vice president of Zhejiang Zhongda Group Co., Ltd. Audited by an accounting firm, the company's turnover in 2000 exceeded 1 billion RMB for the first time, reaching 1,018,303,871.17 RMB.

2002

The company carried out enterprise restructuring and equity adjustment, and Zhejiang Zhongda Group International Trading Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company. In September, the company obtained the ISO9001:2000 quality certification for the Dealing With Business of International Trade project.

2003

Zheng Nini began to serve as chairman and general manager of the company.

2006

The company invested in Zhejiang Zhongda Sendi Industrial Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 15 million US dollars. Zheng Nini served as chairman and general manager.

2013

The company's office moved to Zhongda Silver Seat, No. 369, Heshan Street, Xihu District, Hangzhou.

2017

Due to the joint restructuring of Zhejiang Zhongda Group International Trade Co., Ltd. and ZJMI E-Commerce Co., Ltd.,ZJMIEC became the superior supervisor of the company.
